Windsor Updates
On the 8th of February, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead decided to adopt (agree) the Borough Local Plan.
This was agreed at a Full Council Meeting

This is outlined fully in the Development Plan

In this plan, it has been stated that the Council will liaise, consult and discuss any plans with all Neighbourhood groups.
Our site falls under Horton and Wraysbury Neighbourhood Plan. It is now our intention to promote our site to both the local council and Neighbourhood group. We feel there will be objections and we are fully expecting these. There is an acronym in English called NIMBY. This stands for Not In My Back Yard.
Basically, these people agree that there is a need for housing but not near them. We know how to counter their objection to planning in their area. Both our Internal and External Planning Consultants will now start work on this. In our opinion, there will be 3 main areas of objection. Each of which we feel we can deal with.
This is now an exciting development and we will be proceeding at haste.
