Good news for our clients who invested in Holmer Green land site between 2011 and 2013. They are now the closest they can be to receiving their expected returns.

It pleases us to announce that our Holmer Green land site, launched in 2011 and sold fully by the end of 2013 is closer to the stage where it can deliver the returns our clients were expecting. Our investment site, located in the middle of a larger land just outside of London, was chosen in a joint plan between South Bucks and Chiltern districts to be used for a residential-led development comprised of 300 homes and various facilities. In their local plan, the partnering districts concluded that planning permission will indeed be granted to the site for development.
