He worked for more than 7 years as a Technical Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative in a BPO firm, analysing clients’ problems and complaints, providing the right solutions, responding to the needs of customers from the US with the help of his direct supervisor.

He moved into the Real Estate Industry, with his extensive knowledge of customer service and technical support as he spent his entire professional career in the customer service industry. He has had the opportunity to grow within various industries in his home country of the Philippines and Dubai, UAE over the past ten years.

He then moved into the real estate sector as a Call Centre Agent, bringing excellent customer service skills and now uses these skills to ensure City Field Marketing Management’s customer service standards are met and succeeded.
