- Minimum 1-year experience within the property industry / Real Estate
- Able to provide creative ideas to develop and implement strategies to generate leads.
- Having own initiative to visit/ meet up with potential customers and present the company’s portfolio while delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Must have a commitment to the highest professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Excellent written and verbal skills – Communication skills (English is essential, Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Call Centre Agent - TELESALES
The Call Center Agents / Lead Generation Specialists will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle customer objections professionally. The candidate should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:– Make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products or services to generate new business.– Build rapport with customers and convert to qualify leads.– Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process– Identify customer needs and provide them with product or service information.– Handle customer objections professionally and overcome them to close a hot lead.– Maintain lead generation database and achieve company targets and call handling quotas.– Follow up all leads and update all activities and enter customer information accurately into the CRM system.– Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making ability.Take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads, accordingly.– Interact professionally with leads, existing customers, and other company stakeholders through various communication mediums– Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks related to lead generation and generate new sales.– Strong communication skills and adherence to procedures, rules, and policies– Go the extra mile to engage with new clients– Attend training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques.
